How We Do It
The successful execution of any idea has to begin somewhere! In order for us to best understand how we can help you, we like to sit down and have a little chat. Depending on the project there may be some fewer (or extra) steps along the way, but overall we adhere to a pretty simple formula! Take a look at our process at Rebel Squid and how an idea goes from being a thought, to a plan, to the final product that is ready for the world to see!
DISCUSS IT
We sit down to talk ideas, what inspires you, what goals you have, what your budget is, and what you need help with. We want to hear all about your business, your brand, and what gets you excited! It's important for us to get to know you because you are at the root of this project. After we meet, we take all of the information we discussed and get our creative wheels turning in our brains!
PLAN IT
It's time to put together a plan of action. We'll take into consideration your budget and put together a detailed plan for you to approve before we get started. Then, we gather inspiration! We will create moldboards of images to help us both visualize the plan. Once we are all on the same page and your plan is complete, then the fun part begins!
MAKE IT
This is where we do what we do best - CREATE! You'll be able to sit back and relax knowing that your brand is in good hands. Letters will be lined up to perfection, designs will be made to catch every eye, multiple versions of logos are made, and lots of coffee will be needed! We'll get everything completed on schedule and ready for your final revisions to make sure it is exactly what you want.
ADJUST IT
We send you the first drafts of your projects on a proof sheet for your approval. Together we will go over your initial thoughts, what you like, what you don't like, what needs to change, and make adjustments for the next round of proofs! Before we start saving any files we want to make sure it looks just how you want it. This can be a tedious process because, hey, the little details matter!
FINALIZE IT
Before you sell the car, you have to make sure every part is tuned and ready for the adventure, and the same goes for your project! Choose final versions of logos, make final adjustments to your flyer, approve of your monthly content and put all of our ducks in a row because the process is nearly complete!
DELIVER IT
Your project is ready to go! Any files will be given to you in their largest format and all color variations, prints will be hot off the press, posts will be scheduled and our job is done! (Maybe.) Whether our collaboration together was a one time thing, or will be an on-going project, you'll always be a part of our Rebel Squid family!
